At Benedessa, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every piece of jewellery is quality-checked before dispatch, but in rare cases of damage or dissatisfaction, our policies below apply:

1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
You must initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving the order.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof for return eligibility.

2. Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the received product (e.g., size, style), you may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed only once per order and are subject to availability.
The exchanged product will be delivered within 7 business days after the return pickup and quality check.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns.
Used, damaged (after delivery), or altered items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided for defective or damaged products when exchange is not possible.
Approved Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
